Mary Cobb
M.P.H., Research Assistant

Ms. Cobb is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Health Services Research, Policy and Administration at the University of Minnesota. Her research interests include access to and use of health services, service delivery models to reach underserved populations, rural health issues and state health policy.  

Before attending the University of Minnesota, Ms. Cobb was a Foreign Service Officer with USAID, working on health development programs on assignments in Washington, D.C., Senegal, Pakistan, Yemen and the West Bank and Gaza.  

Ms. Cobb has an M.P.H. from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in New Orleans and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky.
